Spelovenator- The Cave Hunter

I figured: I've done several dinosaur images in the past, and probably just as many that take place in caves. Why not one that does both.
Okay, another that does both.
This here is Spelovenator, an abeliosaurid perfectly adapted to life underground. We can't be too sure when and where its ancestors first chose life underground, but it certainly must have been during some calamity such as drought or heat, a place where the cool cave pools could provide some relief. Over the millenia, the species developed rows of thick spines across its back, helping it blend in to its surroundings and perfecting an ambush strategy. Unfortunately, the hard cave floor provide horrid fossilization conditions, meaning that any trace of this magnificent beast may never be found...
