Portrait practice - August 2023

 

I've just been in a mood lately, "mood" here, defined as "frantically looking for ways to improve my work through near-constant practice and the making of custom photoshop brushes." This picture is the result of all of that from the last week. I personally think she's the best-looking human I've painted so far by right of actually looking like she's made of physical materials. That, and I think this is a big step towards finding my own style again- not just something I say I have because I can't actually draw things.
