Reflection on Solitude

I've noticed that most horror movies out nowadays are about the perils of loneliness. They're either about being cut off from the rest of humanity and the madness it can bring, or they're about paranoia and how it can be such a cataclysmic flaw in the tragic hero.
It's funny- there aren't so many reflective pieces. What about the good that a little piece and quiet nowadays can do?
